Well yesterday was a bit of a flop… but here is day two.

Breakfast
CBS Milkshake

Lunch
CBS milkshake, love the caffe latte ones

Dinner
two cold sausages, it sounds bad I know but after my meeting I really wasn’t that hungry.

Had one glass of Verdi at Melissas.

Breakfast
Celebrity slim milkshake. Cafe Latte

Lots of water in between

Lunch
3 very small hardboiled eggs with a little bit of mayo, 1 rash of bacon dry fried and a english muffin

 Lots of water again

Dinner
chicken in creamy mustand sauce made fresh with rice… not the best choice for dinner but thats all we had.

Sunday Weigh in: 77.3kg.

1st of February 2009 – Starting Date

Ok we are here, the first day! What we plan to do is post our daily food diary so that we can keep tabs on each other. Here is to 15kg less!

Just another little blog to help us ( 3 of us… maybe more) to lose some weight. We plan to do this together through the blog to keep each other motivated and accountable for what we eat and do to lose that magical 15kg…. hence the name of the blog :)
