Wow the weekend was hard. Didn’t do as bad as I could have done, but I wasn’t really good either. too much wine, crackers, garlic bread and dip. Oh and on sunday I had some date loaf which was too yummy for just one slice and I had two pieces of carrot cake with a cream topping.
Back to it on Monday!

I actually worked today and it would have been very easy to buy lunch, but no i didn’t I came home to have a milkshake and a bannana.
Dinner
Today I had Sushi at Macarthur Square, nice and low fat… I love Sushi
Feeling pretty good about this, I think I’m making a progress so all is good. Sunday is the weigh in day will wait and see!

did a midweek weigh in with Jen, its so bizzar that we weight the same amount again… 76.2kg. We both lost 1.1kg in the last 3 days since sunday.

Milkshake on the run, pre-made in the packet to go. they are nice but do taste bit differen than the ones I make up at home myself.

cooked small prawns, lobster meat (packet one), 1/2 Granny Smith Apple and a bit of mayo.

3 very small hardboiled eggs with a little bit of mayo, 1 rash of bacon dry fried and a english muffin

chicken in creamy mustand sauce made fresh with rice… not the best choice for dinner but thats all we had.
